(the "Company" or "Omni-Lite") (TSXV: OML; OTCQX: OLNCF) announces today that David Robbins has been named President of the Company, in addition to his current role as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. David Robbins has served as CEO and Director of Omni-Lite since September 2018. Mr. Robbins will succeed Mr. Allen Maxin as President. Mr. Maxin had faithfully served Omni-Lite for two decades, and the Company sincerely wishes him well in his future endeavors.
